This workshop aims to bring together communities working at the interface of gravitational-wave physics, scattering amplitudes, quantum field theory, and black-hole perturbation theory, with the goal of advancing the theoretical foundations required for next‑generation gravitational-wave observatories. As detectors continue to increase in sensitivity, achieving unprecedented precision in waveform modeling and theoretical predictions becomes imperative. This meeting will provide a platform for experts and early‑career researchers to exchange ideas, identify key open problems, and spark new collaborations.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

- Theoretical Challenges for Gravitational‑Wave Detection
- Binary Evolution from Quantum Field Theory (QFT)
- Interface of QFT with Self‑Force and Black Hole Perturbation Theory
- Gravity and the S‑Matrix
- Amplitudes and Neural Networks
