International Conference on Quantum Technology for High-Energy Physics (QT4HEP 2026)

The International Conference on Quantum Technology for High-Energy Physics (QT4HEP 2026) will take place at CERN from 23–27 November 2026.

Building on the strong momentum and success of QT4HEP 2022 and QT4HEP 2025, this third edition of the conference returns in the inspiring setting of the CERN Campus. QT4HEP 2026 will continue to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of quantum technologies and examine their current and future impact on fundamental and high-energy physics.

The conference will serve as an interdisciplinary forum to discuss both the opportunities and challenges associated with quantum technologies. A central focus will be on:

  • The potential impact of quantum technologies on fundamental physics research
  • How the long-standing expertise, infrastructure, and methodologies developed within the high-energy physics community can contribute to the advancement of quantum technologies

By bringing together researchers from high-energy physics, quantum science, academia, and industry, QT4HEP 2026 aims to foster discussion on recent developments, identify promising directions, and highlight activities—within HEP and beyond—that can most benefit from or contribute to quantum technologies.

The event provides a unique opportunity to:

  • Share knowledge and emerging results
  • Develop quantum expertise and technical skills
  • Strengthen collaborations across academia, research institutions, and industry at both national and international levels

Participants are invited to join this collective effort to explore the full potential of quantum technologies and their growing connections to the high-energy and particle physics communities.

We look forward to welcoming you to CERN for QT4HEP 2026.
