Call for Abstracts QT4HEP 2026
How could emerging quantum technologies be used to empower research in high energy physics?
If you are exploring and demonstrating the potential of quantum technologies to enable discoveries in this field, send us an abstract of your work, and you will have the opportunity to present your research in a talk or poster.
Examples of applications we would be interested in hearing about are;
Quantum computing
• Event generation, fast simulation and sampling
• Simulation of field theories and lattice gauge theories
• Hybrid classical-quantum integration for scientific computing
• Quantum machine learning for data processing and analysis (classification, anomaly detection…)
Quantum sensing
• Particle physics at colliders
• Dark matter and axions searches
• Gravitational waves research
Quantum networks
• Applications enabled by precise timing synchronisation (i.e. synchronization of particle detectors using quantum clocks)
• Distributed quantum sensors and its physics applications
• Future quantum internet for high energy physics (using entanglement swapping, quantum repeaters)
• Quantum teleportation
We would also welcome presentations about promising new techniques and technologies that enable new applications for particle physics.
Whether you are presenting or not, save the date on your calendar and come to CERN for a week of discussions and networking at the interface of these exciting fields.
