On CERN premises
The conference organisers have made a group pre-reservation for 20 single rooms with individual bathroom at the hotel on CERN premises for the nights of 21 and 22 October 2026
The price is of 62 CHF per night.
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 pm.
Please tick the box on the registration form if you would like to reserve a room. We will send you by return of email a form to fill in. Reservation will be on a first come / first served basis. It will be your responsibility to return the reservation form to the CERN housing service.
Please note that after 19 September 2026 the group pre-reservation will be cancelled. After that date, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability.

In CERN local area
The conference organisers have pre-reserved 20 rooms with special rates in hotels located 10-15 minutes away from CERN by public transportation (tram 18) and mid-distance to the city centre and airport.
