HMBS-Exotics workshop 2026

Clermont-Ferrand

The HMBS-Exotics workshop will be held in Clermont-Ferrand, France, from the 26^th of October to the 30^th of October 2026. 
The discussions will be held in the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme in the city center (see Conference venue).

Please note that registration is needed only if you plan to attend in person, and is not needed for remote participants.

Fee

The registrations fee will is 250 EUR (+10% VAT) for students and 300 EUR (+10% VAT) for others, until 10 September. After that date, the late registration fees will be 300 EUR (+10% VAT) and 350 EUR (+10% VAT) for students and others respectively. Registration will not be possible after 10 October.

(VAT = Value Added Tax)

The fee includes: 

• Welcome drinks on Monday evening, during the poster session,
• Social activity and conference dinner on Wednesday,
• Coffee breaks from Monday morning to Friday morning included,
• Lunches from Monday to Friday included.

Pre-booked rooms

We have prebooked a 20 rooms at the near nearby "Maison Internationale Universitaire" (MIU) student accommodation: you can request on in the registration. These will be attributed to students as a priority.

Coach transfer from CERN

A coach between CERN and Clermont-Ferrand is organised. It will leave CERN on Sunday October 25 at 2pm and leave Clermont-Ferrand on Friday October 30 after lunch, at 2pm. It will cost 50 EUR.  Booking is done through registration.
