The HMBS-Exotics workshop will be held in Clermont-Ferrand, France, from the 26th of October to the 30th of October 2026.
The discussions will be held in the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme in the city center (see Conference venue).
Practical matters
The registrations fee include:
- Welcome drinks on Monday evening, during the poster session,
- Social activity and conference dinner on Wednesday,
- Coffee breaks from Monday morning to Friday morning included,
- Lunches from Monday to Friday included.
We have prebooked a 20 rooms at the MIU, you can request it in the registration. These will be attributed to students.
A coach between CERN and Clermont-Ferrand is organised. It will leave CERN early afternoon on Sunday, and leave Clermont-Ferrand on Friday after lunch. More details will be provided later.
