I plan to introduce the PANDORA (Photo-Absorption of Nuclei and Decay Observation of Reactions in Astrophysics) for understanding the intergalactic propagation of UHECR, and the status of the experimental results for photo-nuclear reaction in 12C, 13C and other nuclei held at RCNP, the University of Osaka.
