Summary of Actions :
• Elsa informed us that for the leak on the roof of B955 the installation of an external
scaffolding is foreseen to investigate possible consolidations - Elsa
• For the B917 fence, Elsa informed that a quote has been relaunched and an on-site visit
must be redone to clarify the next steps – Elsa
• To ensure proper coordination with NA-CONS, a transport schedule covering the period
until the end of 2026 was requested – Cédric
• Elsa and Cedric mentioned that some equipment will be transferred to B887 from mid
September onwards. This information shall be integrated into communication – Cedric
