IBDRS Crane integration

• after the integration of the new redundant motors crane, it was discover a 250mm interference between a motor and the CV conduit 
• 
• Roberto justifies this choice (the motors redundancy) for safety reasons in case of radioactive beam dump removal 
• Many options where discussed:
  • raise the height the building => Ana-Paula => not anymore possible, the purchasing process is launched !
  • low down the crane => not possible in view of future LS4 needs (Stefano)
  • suppress the redundancy travel motors (not lifting) => launch an risk analysis => action Ana-Paula/Roberto
  • re-route the CV piping => action Nina/Pasquale proposal 
• For the last option, HSE/RP shall accept the possibility to not vent the low level corridors b.734 and replace it by a controlled air entry from the main ground floor access door => action Ana/Nina
• 
• To be checked compatibility with future reservation for LS4 (new Boris tubes and shielding on top of the HRS actual Boris tube) => action Stefano
• stand-by the crane purchase procedure until clarifications => Roberto
• the total crane + controls price will be approx. 300 kCHF (Roberto)
