Description
We use new AdS/QCD Distribution Amplitudes (DAs), derived from the meson AdS/QCD light-front wave function, in order to investigate radiative B decays to light vector mesons. When computing the annihilation diagrams in B \to \rho + \gamma and the isospin asymmetry in B \to K* + \gamma, we find that the AdS/QCD DAs do not lead to the end-point divergences encountered with standard QCD Sum Rules DAs. Our predictions for the branching ratios and isospin asymmetry are in good agreement with experiment. We also predict the branching ratio for the rare B_s \to \rho + \gamma decay which proceeds mainly via annihilation and may be investigated at LHCb.
