  • By Train:

Salerno is 30 km from Ravello. In front of Salerno Railway Station, stop SITA buses bound to Amalfi.  Tickets can be bought at the News Stand by the Station main entrance. The ride takes about 1 hour.

At Amalfi Bus Station, take a SITA bus bound to Ravello. The ride takes about 20 minutes.

Alternatively, from the Tourist Harbour (Porto Turistico), 500 m from Salerno Railway Station, leave ferries bound to Amalfi. Tickets can be bought at the ticket office by the ferry pier. The ride takes about 40 minutes, and is very scenic.

Amalfi Bus Station is close by Amalfi Pier. From the bus station, take the SITA bus bound to Ravello.

  • By air:

Napoli is 60 km from Ravello. From Napoli airport, take Bus #35 or Alibus to Napoli Central Railway Station. Take a train to Salerno, the ride takes 30-45 minutes. Then follow the directions above.

One can also fly to Roma airports, either Fiumicino or Ciampino, take a train to Roma Termini Railway Station, then a train to Salerno. The Roma-Salerno ride takes about 2-3 hours, according to the type of train.

In weekdays, two daily flights from Milano and one daily flight from Roma also fly to Salerno airport, which is 10 km from Salerno. From the airport, take Bus #8
