This is the second bulletin for SCET2013, the Xth annual workshop on Soft Collinear Effective Theory, to be held at Duke University, Durham, NC, from March 14-16, 2013. The conference webpage is

Registration has been extended until February 15, and there are roughly 20 spots still available. If you have already registered, thank you! If not, please register  as soon as possible. Please feel free to forward this email to any of your colleagues who may be interested in participating. 
Information on travel and recommended hotels near Duke University in Durham can be found in the Lodging and Travel link on the conference webpage. Please make your hotel reservation and travel arrangements as soon as possible.
 
We are happy to announce that due to the generosity of the L/EFT theory group at Duke and DoE Office of Nuclear Physics, we will no longer require a conference fee. There will still be a $30 fee for the conference dinner.  
 
If you are interested in giving a talk please email us the title of your talk and an arXiv number for published work or a short abstract for work in progress. Please do this by January 31 so we can start sending out invitations to speak at the beginning of February.
