A lunch for the Scientific Council will be held on Tuesday 12.30 AM at "Reception Room" of "RU D" on the campus 2 site.
A lunch for the GDR public session will be held on Wednesday 12.30 AM at "RU D". Pre-paid tickets will be distributed to each participant, that you will have to give directly to the cashier.
The dinner of Tuesday October 30 will not be included.
