Attendees: Andrea, Andreas, Hubert, Stefan News === LCG 53d status - details at https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/SPI/LcgConfiguration53d - CORAL is released - COOL will release today, some multi-threading problems have been discovered on wine (not a release platform) - POOL is being built today, the patches from Marcin have been added this morning Round Table === Cool --- - a problem with log files in the nightly build system was discovered. This happened because of a wrong configuration in the nightly builds and is fixed now LHCb --- - would like to use the CMT provided tags in combination with the LCGCMT derived ones to provide cross-compilation within LCGCMT. This will require changes in the LCG_Settings package of LCGCMT because there are already several tags derived which are also used by CMT internally. Hubert will come up with a proposal on how to introduce the necessary changes. CMS --- - waiting for ROOT 5.14.00i which will contain fixes for Cintex - discovered problems with file descriptors and memory leaks both in CMS and ROOT code. Every file open triggers a memory allocation which is not released. - CSA07 is running for one week now. AoB ===
