ATTENTION:
dead-line for booking the hostel rooms: 25th September (first come, first served basis)
Places for the conference will be limited to a maximum of 230 registrations, in addition to the 40 speakers.
Accommodation
100 rooms have been blocked for the Conference in the CERN hostel until end of August, for the period Sunday October 27 to Thursday October 31. They will be distributed on the basis of first-come first-served and only be confirmed when the fees have been paid. The price is CHF 58 per night.
To book a room, please email to ulla.tihinen@cern.ch. You will receive a confirmation message once the conference fee payment has been received.
In case of cancellation, please do not forget to inform the Conference Secretary by sending an email using the same address.
