Venue
The inaguration and the all scientific program of the conference will be held at Ffort Raichak, from 13th to 18th January, 2014. The Ffort Raichak is located on the bed of river Hooghly and about 60 km from the proper Kolkata city.
Accommodation
We sincerely request to book your accommodation earliest possible. January 12 is exclusively reserved for arrival, registration and welcome dinner. The inauguration of the conference will take place at 11:00 am on 13th January, 2013. Therefore you may book your accommodation at Ffort Raichak from 12-18 January, 2014 (six nights). We will also make arrangement for transport on 13th January morning from Kolkata to Ffort Raichak. If you come in late night in Kolkata on 12th January 2014, it is advisable to stay that night in Kolkata (we may help you).
Please let us know your arrival and departure schedule, and your preference about room booking (even you have directly booked the room at Ffort Raichak).
FFort Raichak offered very special rate for ARCEBS-14. It is advisible to book the rooms earliest Please mention that you are attending ARCEBS-14 at the time of booking.
Those who want shared accommodation or the students and post docs want to avail 'special registration fee' should write to us for accommodation.
