This is the second workshop in the series ''Statistical Particle Production''. The workshop will be devoted to experimental and theoretical developments related to particle production in proton-proton interactions and its modification in heavy-ion collisions. The intent is to provide an occasion for experts and developers to present and discuss recent results as well as exchange new ideas in a friendly and cozy atmosphere, in the heart of the Black Forest. Participants are invited to give informal presentations (more than one per participant is also possible). Ample time will be left for discussions.
