TIME

The workshop will take place from Monday 18 November to Wednesday 20 November 2013. The sessions will begin each day at 09:00. The workshop will end on Wednesday at 12:00.
 

VENUE AND ACCESS

The workshop venue is on campus at Forschungszentrum Jülich, and you will need a Visitor Access Card to gain entry.
 
To obtain a Visitor Access Card, you must register at the Visitors’ Reception at the main entrance to Forschungszentrum Jülich. You must have your personal identification documents (national ID or passport) with you. Visitors access cards are valid for the duration of the workshop. Please plan approx. 20 minutes for registration and getting from the main gate to the Central Library.

The workshop venue is Building 04.07 (Central Library), first floor, room 338. The room will be open from 08:00 on Monday morning.

ACCOMODATION AND SHUTTLE BUS

We have blocked a number of rooms in local hotels for workshop participants. If you would like to book one of these rooms, please contact the hotels directly, stating that you are participating in the Invenio User Group Workshop organized by the Zentralbibliothek = Central Library of Forschungszentrum Jülich.

Rooms have been blocked in the following hotels: The shuttle bus to Forschungszentrum Jülich will pick participants up
from two stops. It will depart on Monday morning at 08:00 from the bus stop in front of a large car park across the road from Hotel am
Hexenturm (‘Walramplatz’). The shuttle bus will pick up the remaining participants at the stop near Hotel Kaiserhof.

REGISTRATION

There will be a refreshment charge of € 30. This charge includes refreshments during the coffee breaks, as well as lunch on campus at Jülich. Breakfast and the social dinners are not included. You will be notified of bank transfer details by email after we receive your registration.
 

PRESENTATION

If you are giving a presentation on your Invenio installation or project, please upload your pdf/A files and slides to the workshop website in advance to facilitate a seamless transition from one talk to the next during the workshop. Presentations can be uploaded directly to the workshop website using your CERN Lightweight Account. Find your contribution in the workshop timetable in Indico, and upload your file by clicking Edit Files.
