The fee covered all coffee breaks, the conference material and the banquet on thursday evening.
Please notice: the number of participants was limited! We might have had to close registration earlier than the deadline if we had reached the maximum number!
After you had registered in the INDICO system (see the Registration item in the menu on the left of this page), you kindly proceeded to pay the conference fees according to the steps below. We apologized in advance for the somewhat cumbersome procedure, imposed by administrative constraints.
Register in the payment system: click on this link and fill the corresponding form. The information that you input at this stage has to be validated by the administrative offices: please be patient, it may take up to a few days. When your data are validated, you received a notification by email. At this point you could proceed to the actual payment (see next step). If you did not receive the validation notification email in a few days, you kindly contacted us.
Proceed to the actual payment: click on the link provided in the validation email and follow the instructions. Payment via credit card was preferred; bank transfers were possible but discouraged. It was not possible to pay cash nor cheque at the conference site. You were given a payment receipt, either by email, ordinary mail or at the conference site.
