The conference took place at the Institut des Cordeliers, in downtown Paris on rue de l'École de Médecine, 75006 Paris. The main entrance for participants was at 21 rue de l'École de Médecine. Outside of 'peak hours', you kindly used the entrance located at 15 rue de l'École de Médecine, turned right after the gate and proceeded under the arcades.
From the airports, the main train stations or any point in town, people took the Paris transport system to Métro 4 and 10 "Odeon" and RER B "Saint-Michel Notre-Dame".
For lunch and dinner the participants were free to explore the surrounding area, which offered many many options.
The banquet took place at the Train Bleu Restaurant, at Gare de Lyon. The restaurant had to be accessed from inside the train station, in the historical building overlooking the tracks. It was (and still is) located in 'Hall 1', facing tracks 'G' and 'H'.
