The conference fee is 170 GBP, which includes lunches, coffees, excursion and conference dinner for the participant. (Tickets for accompanying persons can be ordered on the registration pages.)
We have reserved a limited number of on-site rooms which are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. These have an en-suite shower room, are of recent construction and a good standard, and the rate of 65 GBP/night includes breakfast and dinner. This is likely the most convenient and economical solution for most participants.
Note that this is all single rooms; if you have other requirements please contact flasy@sussex.ac.uk for advice or make your own arrangements.
Your registration and accommodation booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the correct payment. Your registration confirmation will (if you click on the "check out" button) give you the cost of accommodation and any extra excursion/dinner tickets; following this we will send you another email within a couple of days stating the total amount inclusive of the registration fee.
