Submission deadline
Poster submissions are welcome, but the number of poster slots are limited and filling fast. Post-deadline abstracts will be considered on a first-come basis, so we encourage you to submit your abstract as early as possible to increase the chance of being accepted into the program.
Important to note before submitting abstracts
As the abstract submission system is not linked with the existing CAP membership system, nor last year's TIRUMF Indico system, you must create an account on the CERN Indico system before you can submit an abstract for the Congress.
To create a new account, fill out the form on this page: https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/RegisterAccount.aspx .
You will receive a verification e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to complete the process.
Go to the Indico CAP2014 site http://indico.cern.ch/e/CAP2014 and Click Login in the top right corner to access the CERN single sign-on page". Note: From the "CERN single sign-on page", you may also use the "Sign in with a public service account" in order to login with your Facebook, Google, Live etc. accounts. However, this only captures your e-mail address. You will then have to manually enter your personnel information in "My Profile" after you log in.
Before submitting an abstract, you should read the instructions under "Call for abstracts" as well as peruse the "Scientific Programme".
NOTE: Abstracts should not exceed 2400 characters including spaces (~300 words).
NOUS ACCEPTONS MAINTENANT LES SOUMISSIONS DE RÉSUMÉS D'AFFICHES DÉPASSANT LA DATE LIMITE (ainsi que les résumés des conférenciers invités ou pléniers)
Les soumissions pour présentation d’affiche sont toujours acceptées. Les résumés « après la date d’échéance » seront considérés sur la base du premier arrivé alors nous vous encourageons à soumettre votre résumé le plus tôt possible afin d’augmenter votre chance d’être accepté dans le programme.
Important à noter avant de soumettre un résumé
Comme le système pour la soumission de résumés n'est pas relié à celui de l'adhésion et de renouvellement à l'ACP, ni le système Indico de TRIUMF de l'an dernier, vous devrez y créer un compte avant de pouvoir y déposer votre résumé.
Pour créer un nouveau compte, complétez le formulaire sur cette page : https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/RegisterAccount.aspx .
Vous recevrez un courriel de vérification. Cliquez sur le lien dans le courriel pour compléter le processus.
Allez au site CAP2014 http://indico.cern.ch/e/CAP2014 et cliquez sur "S'identifier" dans le coin supérieur droit pour accéder à la page "CERN Single Sign-on".
Note: Sur la page "CERN Single Sign-on", vous pouvez aussi choisir "Sign in with a public service account" afin de vous connecter via votre compte facebook, Google, Live etc. Toutefois, ceci ne saisit que votre adresse courriel. Il vous faudra saisir manuellement vos données personnelles dans "Mon profil" après la connexion.
Avant de soumettre un résumé, consultez les instructions au lien "Call for Abstracts", et vérifiez les sujets pour les résumés sur la page "Scientific Programme".
À NOTER: Un résumé ne peut pas excéder 2400 caractères incluant les espaces (~300 mots).
