We recommend that you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, and by the dates listed below in order to benefit from specially negotiated rates.
Tourism Tax
Please note that participants are exempt from the Hamburg Culture and Tourism Tax as the reason for their accommodation is due to business travel. In order to benefit from this exemption (except for those staying at the Hotel Mercure and DESY Hostel), please present the form given to you at registration to the hotel when you pay your bill.

This hotel offers single rooms at a special rate of between €105 to €127 / night including breakfast from May 17 - 24, 2014. Depending on the time of reservation, the hotel may offer a different/special price (for example, for an early reservation).

Directions to DESY
Main entrance (close to the auditorium): from the bus stop “Bornkampsweg” take the bus no. 3 (direction: Trabrennbahn-Bahrenfeld) and exit at Trabrennbahn-Bahrenfeld and change to bus no. 1 (direction Schenefelder Holt) to stop “Zum Hünengrab (DESY)”. Duration approx. 16 minutes.
Side-entrance: from the bus stop “Bornkampsweg” take the number no. 2 bus (direction: Schenefeld) to stop “Luruper Chaussee/DESY”. Duration approx. 7 minutes.

DESY Hostel
The hostel offers single rooms at €28 from May 17-25.
