We will discuss fascinating physics of "frustrated ferromagnets" in 3d which have critical points described by CFTs with O(x)xO(m) global symmetry. Based on: Nakayama, Otsuki 1404.0489 (CFT part) and Kawamura J. Phys.: Condens. Matter 10(1998) 4707–4754 (physical motivations)
