Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation for this workshop and can choose from a wide range of hotels, hostels and B&Bs that Amsterdam has to offer.
However, organisers have made block bookings at the following hotels for those people wanting an easy solution and who are looking to book early. Both hotels have been tried and tested by guests of the Institute of Physics and the rates shown include the University discount.
The Bridge Hotel

The Bridge Hotel is one of the few remaining privately owned 3* hotels in Amsterdam and has views overlooking the Amstel river. It is located in the city centre and is excellently placed for public transport connections.

The Manor Hotel Amsterdam (Hampshire Eden)

The Manor Hotel is part of the Hampshire Hotel group and is located very close to the Science Park, in the east of the city. Tram 9 stops almost directly outside the hotel and will take you all the way to Amsterdam Central Station in one direction, and to within a 10 minute walk of the Science Park in the other.
