To make a reservation, participants should send an email to H1659@accor.com with the subject/reference EuCARD 2. Cancellation is free of charge until 6pm the day of arrival in writing.

Tourism Tax
Please note that participants staying at the Mercure Hotel and making their reservation with above mentioned reference EuCARD 2 are exempt from the Hamburg Culture and Tourism Tax as the reason for their accommodation is due to business travel.
