To improve the flexibility of the ROOT browser, a new version has been developped, offering, among other, the following advantages:
‐ Provides a fully and dynamically configurable interface.
‐ Uses a dynamic plug‐in mechanism to reduce the code size and to extend its
‐ Already available (built‐in) plug‐ins:
‐ File browser
‐ Text editor
‐ HTML browser
‐ Any kind of user defined plug‐in can be added without too much effort from the user side (even simple macros can be used as plug‐ins).
The aim of this poster is to show a global view of this new version.
