Description
We present a search for the associated production of a Higgs boson
with top anti-top pairs in proton anti-proton collisions at a
center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV using a data sample of $9.7\;\rm
fb^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity, which corresponds to the entire Run
II D0 dataset. Distributions of the $H_{T}$ variable
separated into 3 jet, 4 $b$-tagging and 2 lepton categories were used
to search for the ttH process with $H \rightarrow b\overline{b}$
decays.
An enhanced production cross section can be achieved if a $t$’ quark
is produced via a heavy $G$’ boson (vector color octet).. An example for such a model is analyzed here
leading to an exclusion of a
$t$’ mass below 446~GeV for a $G$’ mass
of 700 GeV and a Higgs mass of 125 GeV. These are the first
constraints on such models.
