Description
Three-flavor neutrino mixing is studied through the sets of evolution equations which are based on a rephasing invariant parametrization. These equations are found to preserve some characteristic features of the mixing matrix. Applications to the neutrinos in matter and the RGE running of the neutrino parameters are investigated.
