A bus transportation is organized from Ibis Hotel to the meeting venue at CERN site. The pick up is at 08h10 at Ibis on Monday, and 08h40 on Tuesday.
BY CAR
If you have your own car, please take the following itinerary. The guard will let you enter the site only if you have indicated your number plates when you registered for the meeting.
To reach the building 774, please refer to the CERN Prevessin France map.
From Geneva airport
At the airport, take the CERN shuttle http://gs-dep.web.cern.ch/en/ShuttleService/Circuit4
The last stop is at CERN Meyrin building 500, to join the auditorium at Prevessin, you should then take the circuit 2 and stop at building 874 CCC.

From Ibis Hotel
Leave the Technoparc - Industriel. Once you arrive at the junction, turn on the left, and then follow the road D884 to the first roundabout. Take the second exit of the roundabout and drive from D35 to CERN Prevessin entrance. Once you entered in Prevessin site, the BE Auditorium is on the left front of CCC.

VISITOR ACCESS CARDS/REGISTRATION:
If you have a valid CERN access card, please remember to bring it with you. For those of you who do not possess one, please note that the guards at each entrance to the site will have a list of participants for the meeting and will let you in.
If you come with your private car, please provide your car plates number in the registration form and see the instructions above.
