Accommodation :
All participants will stay either at Hotel America or at Hotel Buonconsiglio in Trento downtown.
The workshop local coordinator, Gian Maria Ziglio (ziglio@ectstar.eu), will make the booking for all the participants who have registered on the ECT* system (evenbrite system) according to your travel dates and room choice (single, double, double shared, ...) indicated online.
A single room costs around 70€/night with breakfast included. A double room 100-110€ with breakfast included (for 2).
Meals :
Note that due to budget constraints and, unless stated otherwise by the organisers, we will only offer the welcome buffet on Monday evening as well as the conference dinner on Thursday evening. We however stress that there is no conference fee to be paid.
For the other dinners, ECT* has negotiated prices with the restaurants where we will go for full meals with wine (~20€). Lunches will be taken at the ECT* canteen; the price is 11€ all-inclusive. These amounts can be directly paid to ECT*.
On Sunday evening, the participants who will reach Trento before dinner time are welcome to join us for the traditional pizza at the pizzeria Green Tower.
