Structure of the conference
The conference will start on Monday 18th April at 10:00 and will finish on Wednesday 20th April at 13:00. Please take this into account for your flight tickets. Talks will be 25 minutes + 5 minutes questions. Moreover, there will be several slots for discussions on controversial issues… be prepared. The conference will take place at the Hotel Campus itself.
Accommodation
We will block the Hotel reservations according to your ARRIVAL date and DEPARTURE date (departure has been fixed by default to Wednesday 20th April, unless you leave earlier). For extended stays (BEFORE AND AFTER) please CONTACT DIRECTLY the Hotel Campus and arrange yourself the extended period with the Hotel:

Obviously we can only cover accommodation inside the conference period (from 17th to 20th April). BUT PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL with YOUR DATES.

AFTER MONDAY 14th MARCH any CHANGE WILL HAVE TO BE COVERED BY YOURSELF.
Unfortunately due to budgetary limits accommodation for late registrants is not covered, but we will reserve the room for you.
Social dinner
This will take place at "Restaurant El 300 del Born" on Tuesday.
THE COST is 30 euros per person.
Please click on the menu item "Social dinner" and add your name and indicate if your bring accompanying persons (and how many).
We will require that on MONDAY18th April anyone interested in attending the Social dinner pay it with CASH at REGISTRATION time. We are not a bank so no credit cards accepted. TIME TO REGISTER FOR SOCIAL DINNER ENDS 17th MARCH. We will only reserve for people who registered for the dinner in our website. At due time we will send an email to the registered people about options and instructions.
