A block of 10 rooms has been reserved from 20th to 25th March at the CERN Hostel for the participants.
Single room with shower: 58 CHF/night
Twin room with shower - one or two persons: 77 CHF or 64 CHF/night
For those of you wishing to stay at the CERN Hostel, your reservation will be handled by Julia Cachet. Please send an email to Julia.cachet@cern.ch .
Do not book your room via the CERN Hostel directly to avoid double booking.
The deadline for CERN Hostel reservation is Friday 4 March 2016.
After this date, the room availability cannot be guaranteed as all the remaining rooms will be released by the CERN Hostel.
Means of payment: credit card or cash in Swiss francs.
Cancellation or modification: please inform Julia Cachet no later than 48 hours in advance of your check in date otherwise one night will be charged.
Check in time from 2 PM and check out time at 10 AM.
