Description

The main objectives of this project were to design and devise thermoelectric modules, it can be converted temperature difference to electrical power or reversion. These thermoelectric materials were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The material is aluminium oxide doped zinc oxide (Zn0.96Al0.04O) to sinter at 1473 K and 20 hrs, it showed the best thermoelectric activity. The efficiency of thermoelectric modules was related temperature difference and using the multimeter to collect data.
