Invited talks during the two days of the Town Meeting will be presented to convey the present status of the Design Study, with emphasis on interesting current developments, specific challenges and possible limitations.
Subjects covered will include high-power targets, direct and fission targets and associated safety & radiation protection issues, beam intensity calculations and experiments, options for extended driver accelerator capabilities, post-accelerators, superconducting cavity developments, beam preparation & analysis and user requirements, as well as beta-beam considerations.
Several sessions will be devoted to invited talks on Physics with EURISOL. The formation of a European ISOL Users' Group will be discussed.
There will also be a dedicated poster session, and poster papers on any of the above subjects are therefore requested.
