    The weekly meeting of the Software Process and Infrastructure project of the LCG/AA.

    ================================================== Bertrand Bellenot + Actions done - installed ROOT v5.22.00 for all supported platforms - installed sqlite 3.6.8 for win32_vc71 and i686-winxp-vc9-opt ================================================== Yves Perrin + Actions done and progress - Savannah:  . usual admin of new projects  . helped users & admin to subscribe people to project and    to configure items state transitions. - Hypernews:  . several users to migrate from CMS to Atlas in Dec and Jan  . migration to e-groups done ( ... a long story not worth    detailing here) + Next actions - work on Drupal with Stefan +AOB - absence from: ~27 January for almost four weeks  (I'll leave my mobile phone number and my itinerary) ================================================== Ana Gaspar + Actions done - Develop and test a script to syncrhonize the externals installation - Develop another script to check the missing libraries of each external in each configuration - Install the new version of sqlite in all linux and mac machines + Next actions - - - + Problems - - - ================================================== Stefan Roiser + Actions done - LCG Configurations - LCG 55c has been released - LCG 56-pre1 has been released. It contains an early preview on the LCG 56 configuration and should ease the integration testing for experiments - External software - Discussion with non LHC experiment on the usage of the "external software bulid scripts". The response so far has been very positive. - Patch applied to boost 1.37.0 for gccxml parsing. This was successfully tested by LHCb -> we need to rebuild boost + some more patches to disable warnings on gcc 4.3 - New castor client - 2.1.7-24 - has been installed - used in the nightlies dev slot. - Nightly builds - Re-enable the winxp/vc9 nightly builds.
