A few rooms have been reserved at the CERN Hostel for the period of 6 to 12 June 2016. After May 25 (next Wednesday), the room availability cannot be guaranteed as all the remaining rooms will be released by the CERN Hostel.
For those of you wishing to stay at the CERN Hostel, your reservation will be handled by Julia Cachet. Please send an email to julia.cachet@cern.ch
Do not book your room via the CERN Hostel directly to avoid double booking.
Single room with shower: 58 CHF/night.
Means of payment: credit card or cash in Swiss francs.
Cancellation or modification: please inform Julia Cachet no later than 48 hours in advance of your check in date otherwise one night will be charged.
Check in time from 2 PM and check out time at 10 AM.
