Payment information

The registration covers the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunch and the workshop dinner. The fee is:

•  280€ for participants that complete their registration before the 12th of April 2017 (early registration)
•  320€ for participants that complete their registration the 12th of April 2017 and beyond
• 140€ for a limited number of students upon request

The registration fee can be paid in two ways:

Note that we do not accept payment on arrival by either cash or credit card.

 

Student support

Students willing to obtain support (half of the conference fee) should provide their CV and a brief letter of reference from their supervisor.
