John mentioned that local jobs are not published by many sites, and this has to be changed
Discussion about units in the report, Miguel is in favour of days, since site capacity is naturally expressed in days. Agreed to have a possibility to select units through the UI. To check with management whether we can switch to days in the official reports.
John suggested the default a calendar year rather than last 12 months
John asked for a possibility to get all data in one API call. Julia told that APIs were not covered in the presentation, but we certainly need API which allow to get data selected through the UI in the machine-readable format.
The fact that it is not possible to select a VO in the site admin restricted view is a bug and will be corrected
When Ivan performed a switch from CPU work to wall time work, the numbers show that sites almost twice over committed. Though it could be true, still has to be checked.
Julia thanked Ivan for a progress in enabling T1 report generation. Numbers need to be validated.
Julia made a presentation of the proposal of the WLCG-dedicated accounting portal. Unfortunately, not many people could participate in today meeting. Need more comments/feedback from the user community representatives. Julia will ask people who did not take part in the meeting to provide their feedback to the proposal. We will have another overview of this draft at the next meeting and then compile a document for Ivan which will be used as a specification. Meanwhile the latest version of the portal will be used unless the WLCG-dedicated accounting portal is ready. It will be advertised at the next WLCG operations coordination meeting in the beginning of September.
Next meeting is on the 25th of August. Apart of the proposal discussion there will be status report from Miguel about new T0 accounting.
