A number of single rooms have been blocked at the CERN hotels (at the cost of 58 CHF per night). These will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
If you would like to take CERN accommodation, please register before January 4th, 2017 and select this option in your registration form. Rooms that are not booked by January 5th will be released; any request coming at a later date will have to be addressed directly to CERN.Hostel@cern.ch (or by phone: +41 22 767 4481) and will be subject to normal room availability.
A list of alternative accommodation options in Geneva or adjacent French areas is provided on this webpage. Participants will then have to rely on existing public transport options to get to/from CERN (buses/trams on the Swiss side or the Y bus on the French side, see the TPG website for more details ).
