Obergurgl University Center
The workshop will take place at Obergurgl University Center, a place with a 55-year long tradition of sport and science. Located 1940 meters above sea level, the center is located right by the ski slopes and just five minutes from the heart of the village.
The historical buildings have been carefully refurbished and are equipped with the latest technical systems. In close vicinity one finds one of Europe´s finest Biosphere Parks and the Ötz Valley glaciers.

There will be two bus transfers both at the beginning and at the end of the conference:

Saturday 22nd April 2017
The schedule of the two shuttle buses back to Innsbruck on Saturday 22nd April will be decided by the participants during the conference.
For public transport please check www.vvt.at. For the "to" field, choose "Obergurgl Zentrum", for your "from" field your options are "Flughafen Innsbruck", "Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof", or "München Hauptbahnhof". There are hourly connections.
The last public transport from Innsbruck to Obergurgl will leave the airport at 21:27 and the main station at 21:48.
After that public transport will end in Ötztal Bahnhof and you have to take a taxi. This taxi will cost around 100 EUR.
In addition to Innsbruck Airport (INN), there are three major airports in the area:

Zürich Airport (ZRH) – 290 km/180 miles
Vienna International Airport (VIE) – 500 km/310 miles
