Proceedings of the National conference on Advanced Detectors for Nuclear, High Energy and Astroparticle Physics will be published in the Springer book series “Springer Proceedings in Physics”.
All the invited talk, accepted contributed talks and posters will be published in the conference proceedings. An editorial board has been setup to review the submitted articles. For consideration, all the articles must be sent before the deadline.
The manuscripts (for Invited talks, Contributory Orals and Posters) must be prepared following the rules set by Springer, in particular they should have some original content and must not have already been published elsewhere or expected to be published on a different journal.

Preparing your proceedings paper
Manuscripts can be submitted in LaTeX. The style files and more detailed information on how to prepare the manuscripts can be found at the following link: http://www.springer.com/de/authors-editors/book-authors-editors/manuscript-preparation/5636 (Under Word/LaTeX template the style files can be directly downloaded. When you click on LaTeX template, there is a special template for contributed books.)
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread.
Allowed manuscript lengths (maximum)
- 12 Pages for Invited talk
- 8 pages for Contributory Oral
- 4 pages for Posters
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All accepted papers submitted for publication will be checked with anti-plagiarism software to check the overlapping/similarity index of the content with already published material.
The papers with high overlapping index will be rejected according to the analysis reports.
Please note that the process of checking and further revision or rejection will delay the publishing process.
