PS complex
PSB decabling campaign over, so access restarts monday.
False floors are also open, too be careful.
Bettaina says some delays so rack re-powering delayed until 6th March. Could ask for earlier powering.
PS - Vacuum are struggling due to delays with painting campaign, which prevents them from opening sectors.
BGI is missing flex cable, due mid-Feb. Plan to do first week of March.
SEM 48. VSC plan to vent in February, so need date soon.
TT2
FT16. MSG277 was removed leaky and will not be replaced. No spares. Assembled without this.
PSB
Busy in Booster early march - BWS and BCT
BTV in the transfer line will be March at request of vacuum.
Christos - BLMs are blocked in the vacuum. Interference with flanges - possible integration problem. ECR not yet approved. Interference with collar clamps. This is a secondary system, not 100% critical. Needed for L4 connection.
Removal of hybrid connector waiting for tools to be produced. Hope for the answer on Monday.
SPS
WCT hope to install in LSS5. Hope for an installation on 13/3/17. Brazing still in progress.
Need IMPACT for the removal of instruments. vacuum chambers are ready. Suggest 20/2/17 for intervention.
EO BPM may be late. Thibualt in discussion with VSC. Perhaps week of 27/2
BLMs depend on access around he crab cavities.
Dates for BPM maintenance discussed and agreed with David in the meeting.
No dates for MOPOS - Thibut will get the information.
LHC
Lars Soby reports that PI interventions are nearly complete.
BSRT rails installed in wrong position, so need to remove and replace.
Would like some help for the optical line installation.
IMPACTS from QP section mainly needs to be re-made with new dates. BPM activities are in progress.
Point 7 D4 conflict with the warm magnet test - info passed to Maria.
Little BLM activity due to prioritising the injectors. ECR for the BGV is in discussion.
BLM on the D1. Will be discussed. Needs better support.
L.Soby says that LSS4 of LHC planned to close 27 March, which is conflicting with the close of the Booster. Any more time available?
