Participants are kindly requested to cover their own accommodation costs, but to streamline the booking process and to ensure participants benefit from a good rate, the organisers of APS 2017 have block booked a number of rooms at the following two hotels.
Participants are requested to indicate which hotel they would like to stay in and what kind of room they will need when they register. A reservation will then be made at the relevant hotel, confirmation of which will be sent once registration is over. Participants will then be required to pay the bill themselves on departure.
