Description
In this talk we present a recently published extension of the MSSM which uses T' as
flavor
symmetry. The model predicts nearly tri-bi-maximal mixing in the lepton sector as well as
relates some elements of the CKM matrix to the quark mass ratios. The key point of the
model is the VEV alignment of the flavor symmetry breaking fields, i.e. tri-bi-maximal
mixing results from different subgroups of T' which are preserved by different sets
of these
fields. Other phenomenological aspects of the model such as lepton flavor violating
decays
will be also discussed.
