Slide submission
In order to submit your slides you can use the following method which automatically links the provided material to the time-table:
Method A: (recommended)
- Log into Indico using your accont/external account which you have used to register
- Click on "Contributions" at the left side of the page. This will take you to a list of all contributions that have been scheduled.
- Click on the name of your contribution and you will see more specific information like the title, abstract, authors, scheduled time etc. Among these details there is also a section called "Existing materials"
- In the section "Existing materials" there is a link called "Add materials" which can be used to upload your slides directly to the scheduled slot.
Please make sure that the slides are either in PPT or PDF format!
Method B:
Due to a problem in the conference scheduling database method A should be preferred over this method which is a bit more complicated. However, it is possible to upload your slides as well following the steps outlined below:
- Log into Indico using your accont/external account which you have used to register
- Click on "My contributions" at the left side of the page. This will take you to a page listing your contributions. However, due to the aforementioned database problem your contribution might show up twice. The duplicate entry carries an ID which is higher than the original contribution and has been withdrawn to avoid problems. Therefore, use the first entry with the lower ID which does not show the status "withdrawn" but rather shows the date & time that has been allotted to the presentation.
