The participants are required to check themselves if the tourist visa is needed for attending Chile. Formal letters of invitation must be requested in advance by mail hep.school.usm@gmail.com .

Nationals of certain countries may be required to pay on arrival a Reciprocity Fee whose value depends on the country of origin and may be found at the above-mentioned website. For further information about this fee, pleasecontact: +56 2 2960 1063.
On arrival, passengers are required to present their travel documents (passport, identity card, and the duly stamped visa when necessary) at International Police every time they enter the country. Additionally, international tourists are required to fill out a Tourist Card and hand in a copy of this document when leaving the country.
