*) Cancellation policy:
50% of registration will be charged as the cancellation fee after March 21st March 31st
100% of registration will be charged as the cancellation fee after May 7th
Financial support
There will be local support for limited number of participants. Those who need local support are asked to send request after registration by email directly to Local Organizing Committee ( isvhecri2018@isee.nagoya-u.ac.jp ). There also a limited number of rooms in a university dormitory can be booked for them. Application of students or young scientists will have the highest priority. The deadline of request is 16th February.
