1. Prior Action
Prior to your submission, please check if you already have a CERN lightweight account.
Only those who have their accounts can submit abstracts.
In case you do not have your own CERN lightweight account, please go to CERN Account management and create your new account at the page. Once your account is created, you will receive an email notification for the confirmation.
2. Submission Guidline
- Abstract title, its content, and at least one author are required to be filled in.
- An abstract content must be written within the limit of 1500 characters which includes acknowledgement and footnotes.
- You can add authors. Then, using Configure roles button, their roles can be changed to co-authors. Please note that email notifications will be sent only to authors not to co-authors.
- Please choose a speaker from the authors.
