Public transport by bus
You should take the miniBUD airport shuttle (https://www.minibud.hu/en) from the Airport to Népliget bus station, Budapest.
Company VOLÁNBUSZ from Népliget bus station, Budapest takes you to Balatonfüred bus station. Timetable, travel information: https://www.volanbusz.hu/en. Specific timetables are here for line 1190 and line 1201.
You can take a taxi 0-24h from Balatonfüred to Tihany, the approximate cost is 3000-4000 HUF or higher. A local bus from Balatonfüred bus station to Tihany port is also available (usually hourly).
Public transport by train
You should take bus 100E from the Airport to the terminus (Deák Ferenc tér). From there, take Metro line M2 to the Déli pályaudvar (Déli railway station). Take one of the trains (timetable) to Balatonfüred. From Balatonfüred train station you can take the a taxi to come to the conference site, or a local bus from Balatonfüred bus station to Tihany port.
